Il absorbe la transpiration du banc en dessous, protège les surfaces en bois et peut être posé sur les genoux. Il se plie en un carré compact pour le sac de sauna. Le début de la trousse de sauna complète.

In heat, the body opens. Pores dilate. The lymphatic system activates. The nervous system begins its slow shift from alert to rest. The Skin Barrier
The stratum corneum acts as a selective membrane. In heat, it becomes significantly more permeable. Organic fibres present nothing for the barrier to defend against; synthetics and chemical dyes do.
Lymphatic Activation
Heat causes the lymphatic vessels to dilate and flow to increase. Tight, non-breathable fabrics apply pressure that counteracts this. Loose organic gauze allows lymphatic drainage to continue unimpeded through the post-sauna window.
