The Archetype Library
Five archetypes. Five relationships with the body. One for her.
An archetype is not a label. It is a mirror. A way of seeing what is already there.
Each of the five archetypes describes a different relationship with the body: how she moves, how she restores, what she needs, and what she is building whether she knows it yet or not.
The quiz finds the dominant thread. This library explains what that thread means and what it asks for, in tools and in practice.
"She is at the beginning of understanding her strength. Not because she is weak . but because no one told her this power was always hers. She trains to discover capacity she didn't know existed. Every session is a small, irreversible revelation."
"She has just started to feel it . that electric shift when the body does something it couldn't do last week. She moves with the urgency of discovery. This is new territory and she is covering it fast, with everything she has."
"She no longer moves randomly. She has begun to understand how to shape her practice . to direct energy with precision. Every session is an act of intention. The ritual holds the shape of what she is slowly, deliberately becoming."
"She has arrived at the place most women are still trying to find. She trains because she chooses to . not to prove, not to maintain, not to earn anything from anyone. Her relationship with her body is entirely, unapologetically hers."
"She has been through the proving. She has earned this peace. She moves now because it brings her something deep and uncomplicated . joy. Iron in her foundation. Grace in everything she does."
She knows her archetype.
Now she finds her tools.
