Logistics is often where brands quietly break their values. These four stay intact from the Bangkok workshop to your door — whether you are in London, Los Angeles, or Melbourne.

Plastic-free, always

FSC mailer, undyed cotton wrap, paper tape, wool dunnage. Everything you open composts or recycles at home.

ii.

Sea and land first

Air freight is the exception, not the rule. When we do fly, we tell you and we carbon-account it.

Honest windows

We quote realistic delivery, not optimistic. If we're going to miss, we tell you before you ask.

Thirty-day grace

Unworn, original condition. Exchanges share the carbon cost — you choose whether to split logistics or donate to CSR. Refund always available.

We ship from three hubs: Bangkok (foundation tools & wet-area textiles to global), London via Amazon FBA & MCF (UK & EU apparel), and Istanbul (Turkey B2B). Select your region below for live rates and expected windows.

Pick & wrap

Hand-picked from the studio. Wrapped in undyed cotton, sealed with paper tape, nested in a reused muslin bag where possible.

Day 2 — 3

Ship & trace

Carrier label issued, tracking number sent to you. One email — not three, not five. We respect your inbox.

On arrival

Settle in

Open unhurried. Care guide tucked inside. Thirty days begin the moment your parcel lands — no clock on the decision.

/ 04 — Returns & exchange

Thirty days. Exchange first. Refund always available.

We prefer exchange because remaking a garment costs the planet far more than reshipping one. But we will never hold you to a piece that doesn't sit right on your nervous system.

The window

Thirty calendar days from the day your parcel arrives. Unworn, unwashed, in original condition, with tags attached. Muslin textiles must be in their sealed cotton wrap, unused. Ash wood tools must be free of grip oil or chalk.

The gentle asks

A few categories are not returnable, for hygiene, customisation, or circularity reasons. We say so upfront — never on the checkout confirmation page.

A fairer exchange

We share the cost. You choose how.

An exchange costs the planet twice — two journeys, two carbon lines, two parcels. When you change your mind on size, colour, or fit, we don't think it's fair for either of us to carry the full weight alone. So we split it.

Split the logistics

We cover the return leg; you cover the reshipment of the replacement. A shared weight — symbolic and real — for a journey neither of us wanted to take twice.

Donate your half

Prefer to route your share elsewhere? Donate it to our 1% community fund — nervous-system and women's-health work across our three cities. You get your exchange at no shipping cost; the carbon cost becomes a contribution.

A note on the principle: this is not a fee. It is a shared acknowledgement that every exchange has a footprint, and that sharing it honestly is more honest than hiding it in "free returns." If the item was our error — wrong size shipped, damage in transit, description mismatch — we carry both legs ourselves, no questions asked.

Bring it back any time. Not just when it's new.

A button five years on. A resanded grip at year three. A re-overlocked muslin after a hundred washes. This is not a return — it is the ongoing covenant we make with every object we send out.

What we fix for free

  • Reinforced seam work on linen and wool
  • Resanding and re-oiling on ash & rubberwood tools
  • Overlocking, re-hemming, and binding on muslin
  • Bag strap re-stitching on studio kit bags

What we fix at cost

  • Full garment relining or structural re-cutting
  • Deep stain removal requiring specialist wet-cleaning
  • Replacement of worn-through sections in textiles
  • Hardware replacement on MNFQ tools beyond natural wear
  • Any modification or alteration at customer request

/ 07 — Questions

The things people ask us most.

Do you offer free shipping?

Free standard shipping over £80 in the UK, €100 in the EU, and ฿2,500 in Thailand. Express and international rates are listed above, and we never bury a surprise charge in your cart.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes — if we haven't shipped it yet. Most orders leave the studio within 24 hours, so write to hello@manifq.com the moment you change your mind and we'll do our best. Once a parcel is on its way, treat it as a return.

Who pays for the return shipping?

For refunds — we pay the return leg in the UK, EU, and Turkey. In the US and rest of world, we subsidise half the return cost as a credit on your next order.

For exchanges — we share it. We cover the return leg, and you cover the reshipment of the replacement piece. Or, if you prefer, donate your share to our 1% community fund and we'll reship at no shipping cost. The principle is simple: every exchange has a footprint, and shared honesty beats hidden costs.

For repair shipments — always fully covered by us.

When the fault is ours (wrong item, damage in transit, mismatched description), we carry both legs ourselves, no questions asked.

What if my parcel arrives damaged?

Photograph the damage before unpacking if you can, keep the packaging, and email hello@manifq.com within 48 hours of delivery. We replace or refund without back-and-forth. Damage is our responsibility, not yours.

How long until I see my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5 working days of our receiving your return. Most cards show the refund within 2–7 banking days after that, depending on your issuer. We'll email you the moment it leaves our account.

Can I exchange a capsule piece for a different category — an apparel item for a muslin set, for instance?

Absolutely. As long as you're within the 30-day window and the original piece is unworn, we'll exchange across all three worlds — manifq, MNFQ, and manifq studio. Any price difference is settled in Eco-Credits or on the original card.

I'm in Turkey — why can't I buy directly from the site?

Turkish Presidential Decree 7709 restricts direct-to-consumer e-commerce for imported goods. We respect local regulation fully and operate through licensed stockists in Istanbul, Bodrum, and Alaçatı. See our Stockists page for your nearest partner, or email for a private appointment.

Do you ship to APO/FPO, PO Boxes, or parcel lockers?

Yes — for most regions. APO/FPO requires USPS transfer (allow an extra 5–7 days). Parcel lockers work in the EU, UK, and Thailand. For anywhere else, please provide a street address to avoid delays.

Is everything really plastic-free?

Everything we control. Our packaging is FSC paper, undyed cotton, paper tape, and wool dunnage. The only plastic left in our supply chain is the occasional pallet wrap in carrier warehouses — we're working on that with our logistics partners, and we publish our progress in our annual ledger.
