Order what you are curious about, pay nothing up front. Your pieces arrive the next day and the driver waits at the door while you try them on. Pay for what you keep, hand the rest straight back. No return label, no repacking, no waiting on a refund.
One trip, not three.
Ordering online usually means a van to you, a van back, and a second order to fix the size. Trying at the door collapses all of it into a single journey — the unwanted pieces never leave the vehicle, and nothing is shipped twice to reach the right answer.
Fewer returns is not a marketing line for us. It is the cheapest, lightest way to sell a piece you will actually keep, and it is why the service is free when you do.

Choose more than you need
Add every piece and size you are curious about. Two sizes of the same style is normal and encouraged — that is the whole point.

Order with payment on delivery
At checkout, select Cash on Delivery or Card on Delivery. Nothing is charged when you place the order. Minimum basket is [MIN].

Send us your order number
Message us on WhatsApp with the number and the times that suit you. Orders placed before 2 PM are delivered the next day.

We confirm your window
You get a confirmed delivery window, subject to stock, size and your address falling inside the zones for your city.

Your order arrives and waits
The driver hands over your pieces and waits outside the door. Take t to fifteen minutes — no need to rush, and no need to invite anyone in.

Keep what stays
Pay for the pieces you keep, hand the rest back at the door, and you are done. Nothing to package, nothing to post, no refund to chase.

If one piece stays
Keep anything at all from your order and Try Before You Buy is free. No delivery charge, no service charge, nothing added at the door.
If nothing stays
Or the local equivalent. A flat fee covering the delivery and the return journey, payable to the driver. Nothing else is charged, and there is never an obligation to buy.

A full-length mirror and a little clear floor. Reach overhead and sit down in each piece — how it moves matters more than how it hangs.
However you actually wear it
Over what you sleep in, straight from a shower, or against bare skin. Weight and drape read differently on warm skin than over a day's clothes.
Card or cash at the door
You settle only for what you keep, once you have decided. The driver carries a card reader, so there is no need to find cash.

Questions
Do I pay when I place the order?
No. Choose Cash on Delivery or Card on Delivery at checkout and nothing is taken until the driver is at your door. You pay only for the pieces you keep.
How long does the driver wait?
Ten to fifteen minutes, which is enough to try everything twice. If you need longer, say so when you open the door — the driver will tell you what is possible on the day's route.
Does anyone come inside?
No. The driver hands over your pieces and waits outside the door or in the lobby. You try on in private and hand back what you are not keeping.
My address is outside your zones. Can you still deliver?
Sometimes, for a longer window. Message us with your district before you order and we will tell you honestly whether we can reach you.
How many pieces can I order?
Up to eight per delivery, including duplicate sizes. For a larger order, message us first so we can plan the route.
Can I try spa and home pieces, not only apparel?
Yes. Robes, towels and the sauna and bath textiles all qualify. Handling the weight of a piece in your own bathroom is the only honest way to judge it.
What happens to the pieces I hand back?
They go back into stock after inspection and laundering. Anything worn beyond a try-on is withdrawn.
Can I change or cancel my delivery?
Yes, up to two hours before your window, at no charge. Message us on the same WhatsApp thread and we will move it.
