Know your body's intelligence.

Science written for the woman who wants to understand — not just follow. Each piece connects a physiological reality to a manifq™ piece and a way of listening to the body.

Ritual Guides

Practice, not routine.

A routine is something you do. A ritual is something you inhabit. These guides turn manifq™ piecess into a coherent practice — morning, evening, cycle-informed, season-aware.

I
The Morning Activation Ritual
Before the day begins. 20 min. Flow clubs, slant board, jump rope — in sequence. The nervous system wakes before the mind does.
Slant board · ankle mobility · 3 min
Flow clubs · shoulder warm-up · 5 min
Jumping rope · cardiovascular primer · 10 min
Stillness · breath · 2 min
→ The Ritual Guide

II
The Sauna Recovery Ritual
After training. After stress. After everything. The sauna ritual that completes the cycle — heat, wrap, stillness, journal.
Enter heat · 15–20 min sauna round
Wrap · organic gauze · transition phase
Sit · breathe · 10–15 min stillness
Journal · one question · one page
→ The Ritual Guide

III
The Full-Cycle Weekly Practice
A 7-day framework that integrates training and recovery — calibrated to the body's natural rhythm across the week.
Mon / Thu — power training · jump box · clubs
Tue / Fri — mobility · slant board · wand
Wed — sauna ritual · full recovery
Sat — slow movement · Sun — rest
→ The Ritual Guide

IV
The Power Progression Protocol
12-week plyometric progression using the jump box. Starts with landing mechanics. Ends with single-leg power. Built for the female body's adaptation timeline.
Weeks 1–4 · landing pattern · 20cm
Weeks 5–8 · bilateral jumps · 30cm
Weeks 9–12 · unilateral loading · 40cm
→ The Ritual Guide

V
The Evening Wind-Down Ritual
The 30 minutes before sleep are the most important for parasympathetic activation. This ritual uses warmth, breath, and organic cotton to signal safety to the nervous system.
Warm bath or shower · 10–15 min
Organic gauze wrap · transition · sit
Breathwork · 4-7-8 pattern · 5 min
Journal prompt · one question
→ The Ritual Guide
Both
VI
The Travel Ritual
How to maintain activation and recovery when away from your usual tools. The minimal kit — what to pack, how to adapt, how to stay connected to the practice.
Travel pillow · sleep quality in transit
Eye mask · circadian rhythm maintenance
Stretch wand · hotel room mobility
Journal prompt · arrival ritual

FOLLICULAR OVULATORY LUTEAL MENSTRUAL train with your cycle
CYCLE SYNC TRAINING

Your hormones are not obstacles.

They're instructions.

The female body doesn't operate on a 24-hour cycle — it operates on a 28-day one. Training and recovery that ignores this leaves significant potential on the table. Cycle-informed practice is not about restriction — it's about precision.

Each phase of the cycle has different hormonal conditions, different energy availability, different recovery capacity. This section maps manifq tools and rituals to each phase.

I Menstrual Phase DAYS 1–5

Lower intensity. The body is releasing — work with it, not against it. Gentle movement supports circulation and reduces cramping.

Sauna ritual · spa wrap · recovery movement · journal

II Follicular Phase DAYS 6–13

Estrogen rises. Energy increases. This is the window for progressive loading — new movements, heavier weights, more complex patterns.

Jump box protocol · flow clubs · slant board warm-up

III Ovulatory Phase DAYS 14–16

Peak strength and coordination. The body is at its most capable — and most vulnerable to ACL injury. Power work with precise landing mechanics.

Resistance bands · agility ladders · balance training · foam rolling

IV Luteal Phase DAYS 17–28

Progesterone rises, then both hormones fall. Fatigue increases. Maintenance training and more frequent recovery is the intelligent response.

Compression sleeves · massage tools · breathwork · sauna ritual

Journal Prompts

The questions worth sitting with.

Each prompt is designed for a specific moment — after training, after recovery, at the edge of a new phase. They are not productivity questions. They are invitations to listen to the body that just worked, rested, or changed.

[activate] · After Training
"Where in your body do you hold the tension of unexpressed strength?"
After a power session, the body has moved —the mind hasn't caught up. This prompt bridges the physical act with the interior experience.
Flow Clubs · Jump Box
[recover] · Post-Sauna
"What would it feel like to trust your body's ability to heal itself?"
In recovery, the body is already doing the work. This prompt invites the mind to stop managing what the body already knows.
Sauna Ritual · Spa Wrap
Cycle · Luteal Phase
"What are you carrying that isn't yours to carry?"
The luteal phase often surfaces what's been suppressed. This is not a problem — it's information. Write it down. Most of it isn't yours.
Cycle Sync · Phase IV
[activate] · New Movement
"What would you attempt if you trusted your body's ability to land?"
Fear of falling is not just physical — it's about the relationship between you and risk. Training the landing pattern trains something deeper than the knee.
Jump Box · Landing Protocol
Morning · Before Training
"What does your body want to do today — not what it should?"
Before the session begins, before the programme dictates. A 60-second check-in with what the body is actually asking for — separate from the plan.
Morning Activation Ritual
[recover] · Evening
"Where did you fight yourself today — and was it necessary?"
This is not about self-criticism. It's about identifying the moments of internal resistance — the places where the body knew something the mind overruled.
Evening Wind-Down Ritual
Expert Voices

The practitioners behind the science.

manifq™ collaborates with physiotherapists, movement coaches, designers, and researchers who work specifically with the female body. Their knowledge informs every body piece, every ritual guide, every product decision.

Women's Physiotherapist · Pelvic Health
"The pelvic floor is not a problem to manage — it is a system to understand. Most women don't know it exists until something goes wrong. Training it intentionally changes everything."
Dr. S. — London
Fascia Researcher · Movement Scientist
"Fascia responds to hydration, temperature, and movement quality — not just load. Women's fascial tissue is more hormonally responsive than men's. This is a feature, not a bug."
Dr. M. — Amsterdam
Strength & Conditioning Coach · Women's Athletics
"Every woman I work with has been undertrained in the movements that matter most: rotational power, and impact absorption. The tools have existed for centuries."
C.B. — STOCKHOLM
Integrative Nutritionist · Hormonal Health
"The 28-day cycle is not a limitation on training — it is a map. Women who train with their hormonal rhythm outperform those who train against it, consistently."
